Chang didn't ask to be a brand mascot. He just showed up, sat down, and the thread between us pulled tight. That was it. No going back.
I'm Pooja — designer, cat mum, founder. Chonky Paws didn't start with a business plan. It started with one cat who refused to let me look away.
Nine years of product design teaches you one thing above everything else good design solves real problems. But Chang didn't teach me about design. He taught me that some problems are worth solving because of who's waiting on the other side.
A happy pet is built at home. We make things for those moments.

A cat mum, and the person who started Chonky Paws after one too many products that looked good and did nothing. I've spent 9 years designing things that actually work for people. Turns out I needed to do the same for Chang.
Chang
I eat when I want, nap where I want, and have very clear feelings about my corner of the sofa. Every product comes through me first if I'm not convinced, it doesn't go out. The bond between a pet and their person is serious business. I take it seriously so you don't have to.
