Absolutely. Every product is made from pet-safe, non-toxic materials. We'd never put something in front of Chang that we weren't completely sure about. Your pet gets the same standard.

Your order comes with your product, a thank you card, a letter from Chang (our co-founder — yes, he's a cat, yes, he has opinions), and a crossword to do with your pet. Or alone. We don't judge.

If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.
